Joselito (Joel) Tungcab is APCCI’s immediate past president, with an MBA from Western Sydney University and credentials including PMI-PMP project management, education counselling, licensed real estate practice in NSW and Queensland, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and graduate studies in migration law. He has more than 15 years in senior corporate roles in Australia and a decade in operations, teaching, and project leadership in the Philippines. He is vice president of NARRA Cooperative, NSW state director of Gawad Kalinga, founding director of Index Match Consultancy and Ascendant Global, licensee in charge of Jcube Properties, and project executive for the proposed Philippine Australian Arts Culture and Innovation centre in NSW.
Thomas (Tom) Baena is principal of Baena Legal, practising criminal, civil, family, and migration law. A former NSW Police officer (Senior Constable) and Army Reserve Major, he has served Filipino-Australian and wider NSW communities for decades—including as a part-time NSW Community Relations Commissioner and past president of the City of Blacktown RSL sub-branch. He is a director of Club Blacktown and a volunteer solicitor at community legal centres.
Engr. Gemma Herrera, MBA Chief Executive Officer | Australia Philippines Chamber of Commerce Inc. (APCCI) Engr. Gemma Herrera, MBA, is an experienced Australian-Filipino executive, strategic project leader, and international partnership facilitator with more than three decades of experience across infrastructure, transport, tourism, investment, and business development. As Chief Executive Officer of APCCI, she leads initiatives that strengthen economic, tourism, investment, trade, transport, and institutional partnerships between Australia and the Philippines. She brings extensive experience working with government agencies, industry leaders, investors, tourism organisations, and international business networks. Gemma is recognised for her ability to connect organisations, industries, and markets and turn strategic relationships into practical opportunities. Her focus includes tourism and destination development, infrastructure and connectivity, investment facilitation, international partnerships, and sustainable regional development. She is also Director of Brokerage Investment Property Alliance & Lifestyle Services (BIPALS) and owner of UpandAwayHolidays Travel & Tours, with professional experience spanning travel, tourism, property, investment, and strategic development. Her qualifications include an MBA in Project and Strategic Management, Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering, and postgraduate studies in project management and transport management. Through her leadership, Gemma is committed to strengthening Australia–Philippines business and investment relationships and positioning APCCI as a platform for collaboration, innovation, and sustainable economic growth.

Engr. Annabelle Serrano Tungol is a chemical engineer and an internationally recognised master environmental and quality lead auditor, with more than 25 years in environmental management and infrastructure assurance. She is founder and CEO of Artea Green Ventures Pty Ltd, delivering environmental, ESG, and independent audit services across Australia and the Philippines. She has led more than 1,000 environmental, safety, and quality audits and verifications on major projects—roads, rail, and state significant development—including Sydney Metro, Sydney Light Rail, Western Harbour Tunnel, and Western Sydney Airport, bringing global practice in compliance, sustainability, and governance. She advocates transparency, climate resilience, and sustainable development, including through tools such as hydro-intelligence for data-driven decisions.
Roy Bato is a media, communications and technology executive with 30 years of experience in broadcast journalism, 22 years in entrepreneurship, and 15 years in technology. He brings together a distinctive combination of media leadership, public relations, public affairs, political strategy, software architecture and entrepreneurship, enabling him to operate effectively across corporate, institutional, public and community environments. As Founder and President of IBS Worldwide Corp., Roy has led a Philippine technology company since 2004, focusing on software solutions, digital platforms and technology-enabled business initiatives. His leadership encompasses solutions architecture, product development, strategic partnerships, client engagement and business growth. Roy also serves as Head for Communications of the Catholic Mass Media Awards, where he leads media relations, public information, stakeholder engagement and cross-platform communications. Through this role, he has developed strong relationships across journalism, broadcasting, sponsors and institutional partners. In 2022, Roy became the Founding President of the KBP CALABARZON Chapter, the regional chapter of the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas. In this capacity, he advocates for professional standards, public-service broadcasting and stronger collaboration among regional media practitioners.
Full name: Maria Elena Puzon Conducto—known as Len Puzon to many of her social followers. She is APCCI’s Secretary, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (University of Santo Tomas) and in Sydney as a skilled migrant since 1987. She is the Licensee In Charge of LEN Realty, a member of the Justin Club of Property Investors Alliance, and an assistant vice president (Sydney) of Megaworld International Asia Pacific. Her community file lists immediate past president of Norwest Sunrise Rotary and of UST Alumni Australia, past president and a founding member of Filipino Sports Arts & Recreational Club (FILSPARC), current vice president of Kababaihang Rizalista Inc. (Sydney), and a director of the Philippine Community Council of NSW and of NARRA Coop.
Randy Hipolito is a qualified tax agent and Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, with strong experience in taxation and financial services, having studied at the University of New England. He runs Hipolito Accounting and Taxation Services Pty Ltd, providing personalised support to individuals and small businesses. Beyond practice, he is active with Couples for Christ Australia, promoting family and spiritual growth. As APCCI Treasurer he oversees the chamber’s financial management with a focus on transparency and accountability, with emphasis on community responsibility and professional standards.
Carolyn Duque Manaloto has been Mortgage House Blacktown branch manager since 2015; an accredited mortgage consultant for 26+ years; MFAA full member and qualified mentor; past APCCI president; and producer and promoter of Oz–Pinoy Promotions, with a Cert IV and Diploma in financial services and mortgage broking management, and a registered real estate agent (1999–2024), plus a 1982 BS in Office Administration (Polytechnic University of the Philippines). In Australia (1991–2000) she was a program coordinator with Siemens Plessey / British Aerospace (BAE Systems), North Ryde. Before that she worked with the U.S. Embassy Manila / USAID; from 1987–1991 she was with King Faisal Specialist Hospital, Riyadh, during the Gulf War era.
Juliet Roldan-Navarro is an accomplished finance, taxation, governance, and business administration professional with more than three decades of experience spanning government, energy, property, and private enterprise. Her career includes 18 years with the Australian Taxation Office and senior roles with the Electricity Trust of South Australia, providing extensive expertise in financial management, taxation compliance, internal audit, governance, risk management, commercial operations, strategic planning, and organisational transformation. Known for her integrity, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership, Juliet brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to complex regulatory and operational environments. Her experience in quality management and business improvement enables her to support sustainable organisational growth and effective governance. Beyond her professional career, Juliet is a community leader, author, publisher, and certified life coach. She has contributed to significant multicultural initiatives in Sydney, including the development of a performing arts and cultural centre promoting cultural expression, community connection, and opportunities for future generations. As a member of the Australia Philippines Chamber of Commerce and Industry (APCCI), Juliet contributes her expertise in finance, governance, business, and community engagement to strengthening Australia–Philippines relationships and supporting sustainable economic and organisational development. Her qualifications include a Master of Taxation from UNSW, Master of Business Administration from the University of the Philippines, and a Diploma in Quality Auditing. She is also a member of the Institute of Public Accountants and The Tax Institute.
Rodi is principal of Colby Business Services Pty Ltd, a Registered Tax Agent, with an MBA from Western Sydney University and fourty years’ experience in tax and financial planning. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, and a registered tax agent. Colby’s public materials also note past roles such as a member of the Fair Trading Advisory Council (NSW) and, in community, director and founder of APCCI, former convenor of the Norwest Practising Accountants Group, recipient of a Jaycees Ambassador Award, and involvement with UST Alumni Australia, PICPA (Australia) as President, the Philippine Australia Community Services, and the Meriton Aston strata committee, among others. He specialises in tax strategy for high-wealth individuals, small business, and self managed superannuation funds. Rodi regularly presents on events and seminars on the subject of Success Story 10 Properties in 10 years & travel the world.
Anthony is a senior executive and technology leader, with a Master of Business Administration (University of Technology Sydney) and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering (Mapúa Institute of Technology). He is a General Manager at Telstra, where he leads technology development in mobile networking and innovation on large-scale, mission-critical platforms, and is CEO of the Australian Property Investor Consortium (APIC), known for combining strategy with engineering and systems thinking. At APIC he helps strengthen operations and investment through modern technology, data-driven decisions, and scalable systems for efficiency and investor confidence, with a leadership style built on clear vision, disciplined execution, and long-term value for clients and partners.
Dr Jaime R. Lopez, CPA, is a Certified Practising Accountant in Australia and the Philippines, President of Sedgwick Housing, Senior Consultant, Australian Funeral Plan, and founder of NARRA Coop Ltd. Dr Jaime Rodriguez Lopez was inducted into NARRA’s Hall of Fame. He holds a BSc in Commerce (accounting) from Saint Louis University (1970), an MBA from Baguio Colleges Foundation (1979), and a PhD in education from Saint Louis University (1989). His history includes a term as Dean, College of Commerce, Baguio Central University, and a later role (from 2019) noted with Macarthur Memorial Park. In Australia, he has been recognised with an Outstanding Community Leader award (Filipino Communities Council of Australia), a Community Citizen Award (Campbelltown City Council), and Father of the Year (September 2020) with Narra Co-op Ltd.
