Thomas (Tom) Baena serves on the APCCI board. Engr. Annabelle Serrano Tungol is a chemical engineer and an internationally recognised master environmental and quality lead auditor, with more than 25 years in environmental management and infrastructure assurance. She is founder and CEO of Artea Green Ventures Pty Ltd, delivering environmental, ESG, and independent audit services across Australia and the Philippines. She has led more than 1,000 environmental, safety, and quality audits and verifications on major projects—roads, rail, and state significant development—including Sydney Metro, Sydney Light Rail, Western Harbour Tunnel, and Western Sydney Airport, bringing global practice in compliance, sustainability, and governance. She advocates transparency, climate resilience, and sustainable development, including through tools such as hydro-intelligence for data-driven decisions.
Full name: Maria Elena Puzon Conducto—known as Len Puzon to many of her social followers. She is APCCI’s Secretary, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (University of Santo Tomas) and in Sydney as a skilled migrant since 1987. She is the Licensee In Charge of LEN Realty, a member of the Justin Club of Property Investors Alliance, and an assistant vice president (Sydney) of Megaworld International Asia Pacific. Her community file lists immediate past president of Norwest Sunrise Rotary and of UST Alumni Australia, past president and a founding member of Filipino Sports Arts & Recreational Club (FILSPARC), current vice president of Kababaihang Rizalista Inc. (Sydney), and a director of the Philippine Community Council of NSW and of NARRA Coop.
Per his biodata on file: Randy Hipolito is a qualified tax agent and Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants, with strong experience in taxation and financial services, having studied at the University of New England. He runs Hipolito Accounting and Taxation Services Pty Ltd, providing personalised support to individuals and small businesses. Beyond practice, he is active with Couples for Christ Australia, promoting family and spiritual growth. As APCCI Treasurer he oversees the chamber’s financial management with a focus on transparency and accountability—consistent with the résumé’s emphasis on community responsibility and professional standards.
Carolyn Duque Manaloto’s brief résumé lists her as Mortgage House Blacktown branch manager from 2015; an accredited mortgage consultant for 26+ years; MFAA full member and qualified mentor; past APCCI president; and producer and promoter of Oz–Pinoy Promotions, with a Cert IV and Diploma in financial services and mortgage broking management, and a registered real estate agent (1999–2024), plus a 1982 BS in Office Administration (Polytechnic University of the Philippines). In Australia (1991–2000) she was a program coordinator with Siemens Plessey / British Aerospace (BAE Systems), North Ryde. Before that she worked with the U.S. Embassy Manila / USAID; from 1987–1991 she was with King Faisal Specialist Hospital, Riyadh, during the Gulf War era, as noted in her file.
Rodi is principal of Colby Business Services Pty Ltd, a Registered Tax Agent, with an MBA from Western Sydney University and more than twenty years’ experience in tax and financial planning. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, and a registered tax agent. Colby’s public materials also note past roles such as a member of the Fair Trading Advisory Council (NSW) and, in community, director and founder of APCCI, former convenor of the Norwest Practising Accountants Group, recipient of a Jaycees Ambassador Award, and involvement with UST Alumni Australia, PICPA (Australia) as a vice president, the Philippine Australia Community Services, and the Meriton Aston strata committee, among others. He specialises in tax strategy for high-wealth individuals, small business, and self managed superannuation funds.

Anthony is a senior executive and technology leader, with a Master of Business Administration (University of Technology Sydney) and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering (Mapúa Institute of Technology). He is a General Manager at Telstra, where he leads technology development in mobile networking and innovation on large-scale, mission-critical platforms, and is CEO of the Australian Property Investor Consortium (APIC), known for combining strategy with engineering and systems thinking. At APIC he helps strengthen operations and investment through modern technology, data-driven decisions, and scalable systems for efficiency and investor confidence, with a leadership style built on clear vision, disciplined execution, and long-term value for clients and partners.

Dr Jaime R. Lopez, CPA, is a Certified Practising Accountant in Australia and the Philippines, President of Sedgwick Housing, Senior Consultant, Australian Funeral Plan, and founder of NARRA Coop Ltd. Dr Jaime Rodriguez Lopez was inducted into NARRA’s Hall of Fame. He holds a BSc in Commerce (accounting) from Saint Louis University (1970), an MBA from Baguio Colleges Foundation (1979), and a PhD in education from Saint Louis University (1989). His history includes a term as Dean, College of Commerce, Baguio Central University, and a later role (from 2019) noted with Macarthur Memorial Park. In Australia, he has been recognised with an Outstanding Community Leader award (Filipino Communities Council of Australia), a Community Citizen Award (Campbelltown City Council), and Father of the Year (September 2020) with Narra Co-op Ltd.
